On a farm and even our children sometimes have to get their hands dirty in the garden. We grow a lot of our own vegetables and it truly is a family affair both planting and maintaining the garden. We use Showa Gloves because they are the best gardening gloves I have found on the market. The gloves come in three sizes, Small Medium and Large. I like the feel of the Showa gloves as they fit over my hands like a second skin. The only disadvantage of the Showa gloves is that if you are dealing with very prickly pants or thorns the gloves can get punctured and they are not then water proof. I do not like the feel of many gardening gloves especially the heavy cloth variety. I find that the Showa gloves are light to wear and half the time I forget I’ve even got them on.
